Senior Residential Care Professional

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to residents in a residential care setting. As a Senior Residential Care Professional, you will lead a team of care staff, train them, supervise their work, and delegate tasks accordingly. You will also play a key role in medication administration, resident care plans, and risk assessments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with healthcare professionals, family members, and residents. A positive attitude, compassion, and empathy are vital qualities for success in this role.
Key Requirements
To be successful in this position, you must possess an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, along with relevant experience in residential care settings. Proven team leadership skills, decision-making abilities, and excellent communication skills are also essential. Ongoing training opportunities enable career growth and advancement to roles like Care Practitioners or nursing pathways.
