About this role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Professional to lead our team of care assistants. As a Residential Care Leader, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to residents, developing and implementing care plans, and ensuring that all care staff receive appropriate training and supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualised care plans
- Liaise with GP's and family members to ensure resident needs are met
- Train and supervise care staff
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Previous experience in residential care setting
- Leadership and decision-making skills
