We are currently recruiting for a skilled and empathetic Care Assistant to join our team at Olive House in Newton Flotman, Norfolk. As a Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents, supporting them in maintaining their independence and well-being.


Job Requirements:
  • GCSEs in relevant subjects or equivalent experience.
  • An understanding of the principles of person-centered care and ability to apply this in practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
