About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Care Specialist for children with disabilities. As part of our exciting expansion programme, you will be part of a new residential home called `The Den`, which will provide holistic care for young people with learning disabilities who have complex health needs and/or challenging behaviours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to young people with disabilities
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individual care plans
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive living environment
