We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Residential Children's Practitioners - Level 2. As part of our commitment to providing quality care for children and young people with disabilities, we are establishing a new residential home in Norwich called 'The Den'.

About the Role

As a Residential Children's Practitioner - Level 2, you will be responsible for providing holistic care and support to young people with complex health needs and/or challenging behaviors. You will work as part of a dedicated team to create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the well-being and development of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care and support to young people with disabilities
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive living environment
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
