About the RoleAs a Residential Children's Practitioner - Level 2, you will be responsible for providing holistic care and support to young people with complex health needs and/or challenging behaviors. You will work as part of a dedicated team to create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the well-being and development of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized care and support to young people with disabilities
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive living environment
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
