Join Our Team as a Residential Children's Practitioner - Level 2

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Residential Children's Practitioners - Level 2 at The Den Children's Home in Norwich. As part of our commitment to providing quality care for children and young people with disabilities, we are establishing a new residential home that will provide holistic care for young people with learning disabilities who have complex health needs and/or challenging behaviours.

About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people with disabilities in a residential setting.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Support young people with daily living skills, education, and leisure activities.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive environment that promotes the well-being and empowerment of young people.
