Job Title: Residential Children's Practitioner

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Children's Practitioner to join our team at Norfolk County Council. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with disabilities.

About the Role:
  • Provide meaningful day-to-day activities to children and young people with disabilities to develop their emotional and social needs.
  • Build positive relationships with children and young people, and enhance their independence skills.
  • Provide personal intimate care, including feeding, washing, toileting, dressing, hoisting, and administering medication.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children and young people with disabilities.
