Join Our Team as a Residential Children's Practitioner - Level 2

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Residential Children's Practitioners - Level 2. As part of our expansion programme, we are establishing a new residential home in Norwich, providing holistic care for young people with learning disabilities who have complex health needs and/or challenging behaviours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to young people with disabilities
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
