Jupiter Recruitment seeks a driven Deputy Care Home Manager to lead our care home in the Spixworth, Norwich area, working with one of the UK's leading healthcare providers.
This care home offers residential care for individuals requiring assistance with daily tasks and respite care to give family or friends a break.
Responsibilities:- Enhance resident experience by achieving the highest possible standards of care.
- Work collaboratively with the Home Manager to implement care home policies.
- Develop personal relationships with residents, their relatives, and visitors.
- Assume overall management responsibilities of the care home.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £35,000 per annum for this permanent full-time role, working through day shifts only.
