Care Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Care Leader to join our team as a Nights Healthcare Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of Care Assistants and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. You will work closely with the clinical team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of Care Assistants and supervise their work
- Develop and implement care plans with the clinical team
To succeed in this role, you will need an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, experience of working in healthcare, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
