Primary School Leadership Role - Behaviour and Wellbeing

This is an exciting opportunity to join our school as a Deputy Head Teacher specialising in behaviour management and pastoral care. Our ideal candidate will be a skilled leader with a passion for improving pupil wellbeing.

About the Role:

  3. Work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure consistent implementation of behaviour management strategies.

  5. Make a positive impact on pupils' lives by championing excellence and equality.

Your Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with extensive teaching experience.
  2. Demonstrate a proven track record in school leadership, particularly in behaviour management and pastoral care.
  3. Show evidence of inspirational leadership with a focus on pupil wellbeing and development.
  4. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Demonstrate ability to build, lead, and inspire a cohesive and high-performing team.
  6. Be committed to fostering inclusive learning environments that support every child's development.
