We are looking for a reliable and patient individual to fill the role of Teaching Assistant in our primary schools across Norwich. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic and personal growth of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with teachers to design and implement effective lesson plans that meet the needs of all students.
  • Provide individualized support to students who require additional help, focusing on building confidence and skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with teachers and parents.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, promoting social-emotional learning and well-being.
  • Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices.
