We are seeking an exceptional community pharmacist leader to join our team in Norfolk and North Cambridgeshire. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our pharmacy services and ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our communities.
With a strong focus on leadership and innovation, we are committed to delivering exceptional services that make a real difference to patients' lives. Our pharmacy teams work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in leadership and management, with a passion for driving excellence in pharmacy practice. A salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, dependent on experience, reflects the importance we place on attracting and retaining top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead our pharmacy teams to achieve excellence in patient outcomes
- Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy services
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver seamless care
- Contribute to the development of our pharmacy services and teams
Person Specification:
- Accredited MPharm degree or equivalent
- Registration with the GPhC as a Pharmacist
