The role involves managing a team of 3 qualified and trainee pharmacy assistants, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that our pharmacy meets the highest standards of quality and patient care.
The ideal candidate will have an MPharm degree or equivalent, have management experience, and be registered with the GPhC. They will also be focused on delivering excellent patient care and developing their team's skills and knowledge. We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including relocation support, bonus scheme, pension scheme, generous holiday allowance, and employee discount.
