Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced practitioner to join our team as a Senior Family Practitioner in the Norwich area.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a strengths-based service where the child is at the centre of our work, their voice and views are the most important.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for managing a complex caseload of Family Support cases, whilst also offering peer support, coaching, mentoring, role modelling to practitioners and support to the Team Manager.
The purpose of Family Help is to keep children and young people safe through early intervention to prevent the need for statutory involvement.
You will need to identify and understand risk and keep this under review throughout the case.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a complex caseload of Family Support cases
- Offer peer support, coaching, mentoring, role modelling to practitioners
- Support the Team Manager
- Identify and understand risk and keep this under review
You will need good IT skills, proficiency in Word, Excel and databases and be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
