Career Opportunity:

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a qualified Practitioner for Vulnerable Children to join our team in Norwich. As a permanent part-time Level 2 Residential Children's Practitioner (Nights), you will be responsible for supporting and caring for children with disabilities, ensuring their needs are met in all aspects of their lives.

Your key responsibilities will include delivering residential childcare according to Ofsted's Social Care Inspection Framework, maintaining good professional practice within the home, and contributing to young people's care plans, risk assessments, and health care plans. You will work collaboratively with a team to ensure good outcomes for children and maintain high-quality records.

To thrive in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, form strong relationships with young people and their families, and adhere to their diverse communication needs. Desirable qualifications include the Level 3 Children, Young Person and Family Practitioner qualification or willingness to complete. Experience working with looked-after young people is also beneficial.
