Support Worker for Vulnerable Families

We are seeking a dedicated Family Practitioner to join our team, providing expert support to vulnerable families in Norwich. As a Family Practitioner, you will manage a caseload of families facing various challenges, including low school attendance, family conflict, and mental health issues.
Key Responsibilities- You will provide targeted interventions to support families in need, increasing their resilience and reducing dependency on statutory services.
- Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people in line with safeguarding policies.
- Maintain accurate records, evaluate outcomes, and contribute to quality assurance practices.
- A degree or NVQ Level 4 qualification with at least two years of experience working directly with children and families.
- Knowledge of safeguarding policies and experience managing complex family cases.
- A flexible, reflective approach to working with families and professionals.
