**Job Description:**

We are looking for a fully experienced Family Support Coordinator to join our Family Help team at Norfolk County Council. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with social workers and other professionals to provide targeted interventions and support to families in need.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Child Protection, Assessments, and Court Work, with a strong understanding of the National Children's Social Care Review (2022) and the Government's response to that, Stable Homes Built on Love (2023). They will be an excellent team player, able to share our vision to provide the best possible outcomes for children and families.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct home visits and develop relationships with families in need of support
  • Work collaboratively with social workers and other professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements
  • Support the development of intervention plans to address identified needs
