**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Resident Attendant to provide exceptional care to seniors in our community.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support services to meet the unique needs of each resident.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity;
  • Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting;
  • Administer medication according to physician orders and maintain accurate records;
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized living environment;
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Previous experience in eldercare or related field preferred;
  • Medication Administration certification required;
  • Home Health Aide or CNA certification or equivalent preferred;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work well in a team environment;
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor;
  • Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays;
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
