Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker for Children and Family, you will be responsible for providing emotional support and practical assistance to a family in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop positive relationships with the family members, including the children and parents.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to the family.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
  • Encourage independence and self-care skills in the children.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience working with children and families.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours: 24 hours per week, flexible schedule

Salary: £12.75 per hour
