Job Title: Children's Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at Options Autism, part of Outcomes First Group. Our residential facility in Norfolk provides a holistic and safe environment for young people with Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) and Complex needs.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents. As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing emotional support, guidance, and care to our young people. Your duties will include:

  • Supporting residents with daily tasks and activities
  • Encouraging social interaction and participation in group activities
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy living environment
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Full UK Driving Licence
  • An understanding of the needs of young people with SEMH and Complex needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
