Residential Youth Worker

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Youth Worker to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd in Norwich. As a Level 2 Residential Children's Practitioner (Nights), you will play a vital role in supporting and caring for children with disabilities, ensuring their needs are met in all aspects of their life.
Key responsibilities include delivering residential childcare according to Ofsted's Social Care Inspection Framework, maintaining good professional practice within the home, and contributing to young people's care plans, risk assessments, and health care plans. You will work closely with a team to achieve good outcomes for children and maintain high-quality records.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, ability to form effective relationships with young people and their families, and adhere to their diverse communication needs. Desirable qualifications include the Level 3 Children, Young Person and Family Practitioner qualification or willingness to complete.
