Residential Children's Care Home Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Care Manager to lead our residential children's care home team. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Kings Lynn, offering a competitive salary range of £42,000 - £45,250 per annum.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Directing the operations of a residential children's care home focused on disability services
- Leading and supporting a team of dedicated care professionals, guiding them from recruitment through ongoing growth and development
- Supervising and upholding exemplary childcare practices
- Ensuring staff deliver positive, sensitive care to the children & young people in the home
- Effectively overseeing physical and financial resources as well as personnel
- Guaranteeing the highest standards of service quality and adherence to relevant regulations and procedures

- A minimum Childcare related Diploma at Level 3
- Significant experience in a supervision/management role working with children with complex requirements in a residential establishment
- Experience working with children who have experienced trauma & disrupted attachments
