£29,269 to £31,364 plus weekend enhancements.
We are seeking highly motivated and resilient individuals to join our team at The Den, a new residential home in Norwich providing holistic care for young people with learning disabilities who have complex health needs and/or challenging behaviours.
As a Residential Children's Practitioner - Level 2, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our young people, promoting their independence and well-being, and working collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to achieve excellent outcomes.
