Care and Support Practitioner for Children with Disabilities

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Residential Children's Practitioner to join our team on a casual basis. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping us deliver high-quality care and support services for children and young people with disabilities.
Key responsibilities include providing day-to-day care and support, helping children and young people develop their emotional and social needs, and working collaboratively with families and other professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £10.59 (Grade E) plus sleep-in allowances, weekend, and bank holiday enhancements. Our teams work across the county, covering a range of locations, including Norwich, King's Lynn, and Sprowston.
You will have the opportunity to receive a full induction and training programme, including funding towards the Level 3 Diploma for Residential Child Care. We are committed to investing in our staff and providing opportunities for career development.
