We are recruiting a Disability Mentor Assistant to join our team at Beacon Support Ltd., a leading provider of mental health support services.

This role involves providing one-to-one support to students with disabilities and mental health conditions in their higher education studies.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, organisational skills, and flexibility to work around the needs of our students.

We offer a competitive salary of £35 per hour, plus a generous holiday entitlement and thorough induction training.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with students with specific learning difficulties (SpLDs) in higher or further education, and hold qualifications such as Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (PWP) or Education Mental Health Practitioners (EMHP).

Salary: £32-£40 per hour

Job Type: Part-time, Zero hours contract
