This role offers the opportunity to work with children aged 7-17 who have varying levels of need, including those with complex disabilities. You will be part of a dedicated team that provides high-quality care and support to ensure the best outcomes for the young people in your care.

About the Role

As a Residential Children's Practitioner, you will provide daily living skills training, personal care, and emotional support to the young people. You will also participate in their education, health, and wellbeing planning, ensuring they reach their full potential.

Your role will involve working flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays, which may include unsociable hours, night work, and sleep-ins. However, we offer competitive rates of pay, starting at £10.59 per hour (Grade E), plus additional allowances for sleep-ins, weekend, and bank holiday enhancements.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a comprehensive induction programme, ongoing training and development opportunities, and a chance to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children.
