Job Description:

As a Children's Residential Support Worker with Options Autism, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides specialist education, care, and therapeutic services for individuals with autism, complex needs, and learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct care and support to our residents
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with residents, families, and other professionals
  • Participating in the development and implementation of individualised care plans
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Full UK Driving Licence
  • A strong understanding of the needs of individuals with autism and complex needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
