About the Job
The Residential Care Team Member will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the home. This includes daily cleaning tasks, interacting with residents, and maintaining confidentiality and respect for residents' dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily cleaning tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Provide person-centered care and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

Salary and Benefits
