Residential Care Professional Wanted

Norse Care is committed to providing exceptional care and support to our service users, and we are seeking a dedicated Residential Care Professional to join our team at Mountfield, a recently refurbished care home in North Norwich.

As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care and support to our service users living with dementia. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to create a safe and engaging environment, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being.

**Salary:** £60 per hour (days) + enhancements

**Job Description:**

  • Deliver person-centred care and support to service users, respecting their individual needs and preferences
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to provide a safe and engaging environment
  • Communicate effectively with service users, colleagues, and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless care delivery

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Experience working in a care setting, preferably with individuals living with dementia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
