About the Role

We are seeking a Specialist Practitioner - Children and Young People's Mental Health to join our team. As a key member of our mental health service, you will be responsible for assessing and developing care plans for children and young people, as well as providing guidance and support to their families.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in clinical practice, specifically in mental health, and be able to demonstrate expertise in risk assessment and care planning. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
