We are seeking a highly skilled Women's Specialist Practitioner to provide vital support to women experiencing homelessness in Norfolk. As part of our dedicated team, you will play a pivotal role in helping women secure and sustain safe, stable housing.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with women who have faced trauma and adversity. Your expertise in delivering gender-sensitive, trauma-informed care will be instrumental in addressing complex challenges such as mental health issues, isolation, and substance use.

This role requires close collaboration with other agencies to address the unique needs of each woman. Essential requirements include being an essential car-user with a full clean UK driving license, business insurance, and breakdown cover. Regular travel within Norfolk is involved, with access to the company vehicle possible.

We offer a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Benefits include:
