We are seeking an experienced Senior Child and Family Practitioner to join our team in the Norwich area. As a key member of our Family Help service, you will be responsible for managing a complex caseload of Family Support cases.
Your main goal will be to keep children and young people safe through early intervention, preventing the need for statutory involvement. You will work closely with families, their networks, and other professionals to identify and address worries, creating plans that identify the support needed to achieve positive outcomes.
This is a permanent full-time role, working 37 hours per week. The salary for this position is £34,834 - £36,648 per annum (Grade I).
About the Role:
- Manage a complex caseload of Family Support cases
- Work closely with families, their networks, and other professionals
- Identify and address worries, creating plans for support
- Keep children and young people safe through early intervention
Requirements:
- Experience of working with children and families
- Possession of good IT skills, proficiency in Word, Excel, and databases
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
