Salary and Benefits:

As a Chemotherapy Nurse at Sciensus, you will receive a competitive salary of £38,480 - £42,640 per annum. In addition, you will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including a company car or car allowance, NMC fees paid, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, contribution-based pension scheme, employee benefits platform, life insurance, private medical insurance, refer-a-friend scheme, ongoing learning and development opportunities, annual company event, and yearly pay reviews.

Job Description:

As a Chemotherapy Nurse, you will administer haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments to patients in their own homes. You will work closely with patients, carers, and stakeholders to provide holistic one-to-one care that meets their individual needs. Your duties will include documenting clinical data, reporting adverse drug events, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of clinical standards and business policies.

One of your key responsibilities will be to travel throughout a regional area to visit patients at home. To ensure safe and effective treatment delivery, you will need to maintain a full UK driving licence and adhere to our vehicle usage policy.

Requirements:

To succeed as a Chemotherapy Nurse at Sciensus, you will need to have strong clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. As a registered nurse with experience in haematology or oncology, you will be able to apply your knowledge and skills to this rewarding role.
