Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will function as a lead health professional, managing a caseload of people with Learning Disabilities and associated mental health needs. They will be responsible for:

  • Formulating detailed individualised assessments and person-centred care plans
  • Practising evidence-based offence-specific nursing interventions and treatment
  • Providing high-quality comprehensive specialist risk assessments using SPJ
  • Offering training and upskilling local providers and community teams

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum
