We are currently seeking an exceptional Head of Psychology to join our team at our autism and learning service in Norfolk, rated 'Good' by the CQC.

The successful candidate will lead a rehabilitation and low secure service for adults with learning disabilities, complex mental health needs including autism and personality disorder.

This role presents a unique opportunity to develop and implement effective therapeutic strategies, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to drive outstanding patient outcomes.

The salary range for this position is £68,500 - £75,000 per annum (FTE), depending on experience.

To be considered, applicants must have previous leadership experience and clinical expertise in learning disability services.
