Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced staff to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Preparing Engaging Learning Materials

You will be responsible for designing and delivering tailored learning plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students. This will involve creating engaging resources, adapting curricula to suit individual requirements, and collaborating with teachers to ensure seamless delivery.

School Vehicle Drivers

We require a driver with a clean license to transport students to and from activities, as well as on educational trips. If you do not possess a driving license, please indicate so in your application, as we may still consider you for this position.Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of SEN, particularly Autism
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits
