Key Responsibilities

This Construction Tutor role involves developing individual learning plans that align with learners' long-term employment goals, reviewing learner progression regularly, and preparing, delivering, and reviewing comprehensive lesson plans addressing group training needs.

You will also be responsible for gathering feedback from learners and other sources, refining curriculum content accordingly, and meeting contractual KPIs for success and performance.

The role requires a strong understanding of the OFSTED framework (EIF) and ability to meet all standards.

The estimated salary for this position is £33,000 per annum, based on the location and job requirements.
