Job Title:
The Practice Development Partner will work collaboratively with our Swanton Service Managers to drive quality improvement and achieve compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent interpersonal skills, able to inspire and motivate others.
Key Responsibilities:
- To design, deliver, and assess training sessions/content, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- To produce a monthly report outlining regional compliance, key actions/communications, contributing factors to compliance, good news, added value, and role/regional specific priorities.
About You:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Practice Development Partner to join our Learning and Development team in East Anglia. To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Level 3 qualification in Learning & Development, as well as 3 years experience within Health & Social Care Settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Evidence of providing inspirational leadership and motivating others.
