Healthcare Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to lead our team and deliver exceptional care and support to our residents. As a Regional Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for monitoring the delivery of care, contributing to person-centred care planning, and providing support and companionship to our residents.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in care, with a good understanding of elderly care and a Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care. You must also be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
