Key Responsibilities

In this Regional Healthcare Assistant Leader role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing advanced care and support to residents
  • Mentoring and training junior team members
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the Norwich area

With a strong background in elderly care and a valid driving license, you will be able to:

  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience as a healthcare assistant in an elderly care setting
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • A valid UK driving license and ongoing access to a personal vehicle
