UK Wholesale Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead our Field Sales Team in the UK. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performance sales teams and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills, a solid customer service attitude, and strong communication and team management skills. They should be flexible to travel and have a clean driver's license.

- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies relative to each designated territory.
- Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Negotiating and closing agreements with large customers.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and team KPIs.
