Business Development Manager

Essity is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team. This national role will focus on developing and implementing joint business plans for designated key customers, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing key accounts at a national level, with advanced negotiation skills and consultative selling abilities. They will be highly structured in their approach, with the ability to self-lead and use initiative for solutions.
This role reports into the Sales Manager and requires frequent travel around the UK. The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the customer relationship are effectively managed.
With an estimated salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, this is an exciting opportunity to improve well-being for people and drive positive change for the society and the environment.
