Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Renewables Area Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for selling top-quality heat pump products into MCS accredited installers, M&E Contractors, Distributors, Wholesalers, and specification work with Housing Associations, Local Authorities, and Developers.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Sell heat pump solutions to MCS accredited installers and other targeted customers in the domestic housing sector.
  2. Develop new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and effective sales techniques.
  3. Collaborate with internal design teams to deliver custom solutions to customers.
  4. Manage time effectively to maximize exposure throughout the geographical area.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include meeting or exceeding sales targets, developing strong relationships with customers, and identifying new business opportunities.

Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the heating or renewables sectors.
  • Ability to assimilate technical information on renewables and communicate it effectively to customers.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus bonus up to £11,000, company car, good pension scheme, and other benefits.
