Job Title: New Homes Sales Negotiator

 

Overview

TDM is seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven New Homes Sales Negotiator to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our new homes division.

 

Salary and Benefits

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Meeting and greeting customers on site to provide them with exceptional customer service and showcase our properties.
  • Taking customers' details and qualifying their requirements to ensure we understand their needs and preferences.
  • Dealing with incoming sales enquiries and converting leads into sales through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Taking customers on viewings and providing them with detailed information about our properties.
  • Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales to achieve maximum conversion rates.
  • Maintaining the sales suite in a presentable condition at all times.

 

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Previous experience in new homes sales, preferably in the housebuilding industry.
  • Access to your own transport and a valid UK driving license.
  • Confident computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • A customer-focused approach and strong sales orientation.
  • Immaculate presentation and a professional attitude.
  • Availability to work weekends, with Tuesday and Wednesday as your days off and 1 weekend off in 4.
