About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Specialist to join our team at Star People. As a Sales Development Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and market share of our leading respiratory portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer groups, including healthcare professionals and medical institutions.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable sales success, ideally within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  • ABPI qualification (desirable).
  • Degree-educated, with a strong background in science, business, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the NHS and healthcare landscape.
  • A 'can-do' attitude, with a passion for delivering results and exceeding targets.
  • Full UK driving license.
