Job Title: Industrial Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute strategic sales initiatives to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and profitability objectives.
  • Support the preparation of significant contracts and quotations in line with company pricing strategies.
  • Deliver on-site technical assistance to clients and potential customers.
  • Keep accurate digital records of customer interactions within the CRM platform.
  • Engage with technical and service teams for support as necessary.
  • Adhere to the company's health and safety policies and guiding principles.
  • Carry out additional relevant tasks as directed by management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, or HNC in mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in external sales within the industrial sector.
  • Familiarity with rotating machinery is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Self-driven and highly organized.
  • Capability to foster strong relationships with clients and team members.
