Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute strategic sales objectives to discover new business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and profitability benchmarks.
- Support the development of significant contracts and pricing proposals in line with company policies.
- Deliver on-site technical assistance to clients and potential customers.
- Maintain accurate customer information within the CRM system.
- Engage with technical and service teams for support as necessary.
- Adhere to company health and safety regulations and guiding principles.
- Carry out additional relevant tasks as directed by management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, or HNC in mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in external industrial sales.
- Familiarity with rotating machinery is advantageous.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Self-driven and well-organized individual.
- Capability to foster strong relationships with clients and team members.
