Job Overview

Drive Sales Growth

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and market share of our leading respiratory portfolio. This will involve building strong relationships with key customer groups, managing key accounts, and delivering your territory business plan.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

You will work closely with our marketing, research and development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of our sales strategy.

Meet Sales Targets

You will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets, which will be set in conjunction with your manager. This will require a strong understanding of our products, as well as the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.

Develop Business Partnerships

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong business partnerships with key customers, including hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare organizations. This will involve developing a deep understanding of their needs and preferences, and identifying opportunities to provide value-added solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and market share of our respiratory portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong business partnerships with key customers
  • Manage key accounts and deliver territory business plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategy
  • Meet or exceed sales targets

Requirements

  • Demonstrable sales success, ideally within medical sales but applications from other industries are welcomed
  • ABPI qualified (desirable)
  • Degree educated, Science or Business preferred
  • Strong NHS knowledge
  • A 'can do' attitude with bags of passion and enthusiasm
  • Full UK driving license
