About the Role
As a Logistics Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within our fast-paced delivery environment. Your responsibilities will encompass providing exceptional customer service, assisting drivers, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and helpful responses to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring satisfaction and adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with drivers by providing clear delivery instructions and assisting with address verification.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct thorough driver debriefings, verifying compliance with established procedures and protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of damaged handheld devices (Saturn's) to facilitate timely repairs.
- Ensure all contractor paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Perform basic administrative tasks to support daily operations.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety by adhering to company policies and procedures, creating a secure working environment for yourself and others.
